Very disappointed with customer service as promised - battery died within 2 weeks. Promised several times the 2nd key to car to no avail. Beware of salesman promises

The sales team in VW pompano is great . Personable , friendly and patient . It all started with Rebecca who approached me while waiting for my 2022 Atlas to be serviced . Long story short she introduced me to Victor , sales rep , who truly asked the right questions to understand my needs and even though at first I didn’t want to spend that much he then introduced me to Oscar de manager who was also very genuine and friendly and professional . That’s when together they offered me the right fit for me and I walked away very satisfied . Great teamwork and felt good shopping for my new Tiguan at this dealership . Looking forward to seen what the service team does once I need to take my car for service

Really bad experience. Should’ve gone with Gunther. Didn’t tell me to fill out financial paperwork at home. Took forever. Bottom line payment different from what we agreed to. They messed up terms and I had to re-sign all paperwork. Chip on paint. Door guards improperly installed. One and done =]

Ivan and the rest of the team were very helpful regarding my decision and answered my questions. I have a few more questions but will address those on Friday when I bring her home🤗

I stopped by to check the deals only, and ended up driving away in a brand new Taos. The dealer (Tony Herrejon) was very attentive and helpfull during the whole process. He was able to check my credit score, show the car, fill up paper work, and get me financed in record time. I was very pleased.

This is not rating of dealership since my initial lease in 2022, which was not a pleasant experience. This is rating of sales advisor Mr. Robert Perry. On November 20th, 2024, I have leased a new VW Taos SE. Mr. Perry was a salesman assisting me during the entire process. He was not only cordial and pleasant to work with, but he was also very professional and helpful. Pleasant experience! I recommend asking for him, if you are thinking of visiting this dealership.
