They tried to sell my mom a vehicle that has a cracked

They tried to sell my mom a vehicle that has a cracked head. It's been 2 days and so far they have not refunded my money and we have no vehicle. It's unfortunate to say this but I feel like these guys may very well be crooks. I will update my review after I find out how they are going to handle this.
