I had a terrific experience working with Dahl.

I had a terrific experience working with Dahl. I ordered a truck 6 months ago, when it arrived we had some issues with colors and with financing. Dahl was quick to offer a solution and pay for the cost to change the colors. They were really understanding and easy to work with on getting approved for a business loan on a new business with limited history. Couldn't recommend them more!

Awesome team!

Awesome team! Drove 3.5hrs from Minneapolis to look at a truck, and the level of service couldn't be any better. From your GM greeting me in the lobby to Matthew and Brandon finalizing the sale, they answered all my questions. Left with a shiny polished up beauty with a full tank to get me home. Worth the drive!

Awesome team! Drove 3.5hrs from Minneapolis to look at a truck, and the level of service couldn't be any better. Unfortunately they have sold recently and are not...

Unfortunately they have sold recently and are not honoring most repairs. Horrible experience. Bought a used vehicle two months ago and needed a repair. Tech stated repair was an existing condition when the car was purchased and should be repaired. However, he added that unfortunately the dealership was sold last month and it's not their issue. Same building, same staff, same signage but OHHH we sold the name. You purchased the business. You now own the business and SHOULD own the past responsibilities. It apparently seemed like a joke and no assistance to rectify was even attempted. Then another customer, who was waiting and had just learned of the 'transfer of ownership' of the dealership asked if his existing free oil changes still existed and the tech happily answered, 'Of Course!' This is bad business all around.

On august 5 I was halfway going up north when I heard a...

On august 5 I was halfway going up north when I heard a loud noise on my jeep. Pulled into kocourek Chrysler in Stevens Point. Greeted outside by Tim who listened and took me back to the service department by Ben. So friendly and knowledgeable. Had me on the road in half hour. The lug nuts were loose on my car. They saved me from a disaster. So glad I stopped at this dealer. Thank you so much Tim and Ben. Will never forget how good you were to me and my grandkids. Thanks so much.

I will NEVER return to this dealership. First of all, our...

I will NEVER return to this dealership. First of all, our salesperson Brandon was very pushy and always tried to talk us into purchasing even though we expressed we weren't ready and that we were just looking. When we were finally ready, we decided to purchase a 2017 Jeep Compass. On their website it was advertised to have 5,000 miles less than it actually had and we were not notified of that. The price was not adjusted at all according to that. It came with bald tires and even though we put down a large percentage of the price in cash, they refused to work with us on new tires or even a discount. We got it home and realized that there was no spare tire, which we also werent notified of. Inside the truck, underneath the floor panel where you store the spare was a large piece of plastic broken off the side of the trunk that was not visible unless you lifted the panel. This was not shown to us. I contacted them after the sale with all of these concerns and they absolutely refused to work with us on any of the issues. I was forwarded to a manager, Randall, who assured me that he would look into it and get back to me. He never got back to me and was obviously lying. Now we've had the vehicle for UNDER 2,000 MILES and the transmission is slamming into gear and most likely going bad. This dealership likes to advertise that they care about their customers, but it's evident that once the sale is made they wont show you the time of day. Just reinforces the stereotypes about car salesmen being xxxxxxxx.
