WOW terrible communications.

WOW terrible communications. Spent two days just trying to get total of dealer fees before making a trip. $2,500 in dealer fees is a bit excessive in my opinion.

Waste of time, looking at Vinfast cars.

Waste of time, looking at Vinfast cars. They didn’t tell us we need a 800 credit score to get approval for the car. We not only got our credit pulled for myself but was told I need a co signer… so they also got the credit pulled. This was one the third visit. We don’t even live in the same city as the dealership. Make sure they tell you everything up front and get approval from a bank before they waste your time.

This is a scam.

This is a scam. First they advertise toyota Camry as year 2021 but it’s a 2020. Second they charge $995 for documentation fee plus a $495 for electronic sign off fees which is free everywhere. Everything is digital now, that’s a ripoff!!!

Overall, good experience.

Overall, good experience. Most cars in excellent shape. You could tell that they spent a lot of money building out this facility. It just opened in Feb 2024 so everything was new. Our salesperson Brian Treder was outstanding. He was no pressure and helpful in everything we asked of him. Just know upfront that you will be paying the following mandatory fees: - $998 Pre-delivery service fee - $499 Lojack - $499 Paint and fabric conditioning To me the main thing is getting a car you love, and to do that you need to have a good selection of reasonably priced vehicles.

Used car lot with endless excesses why they didn’t have a

Used car lot with endless excesses why they didn’t have a car ready to go after weeks of notice. Drove 4 hours to buy a car from Hanna auto.con and they were rude and condescending without reason?? We already had the deal done!!?? I would recommend somewhere with a history of selling good cars instead of Hanna. They just do not seem to have a clue what is happening around them and treated me like I was there begging for money or food? I came to buy a car four hours away from home to simply leave without a car and questioning why anyone would buy a car from them. I then read their reviews online and saw that I’m just one out of long line of buyers that felt the exact same way. This buy here pay here pirates won’t last long so make sure the car is completely covered from the manufactures warranty before buying

I don't usually write reviews, but my experience

I don't usually write reviews, but my experience purchasing a 2017 VW Alltrack from Hanna Cars was truly exceptional! From the moment I walked into the nicely appointed dealership and greeted by salesman Eddie Meneely, who was extremely helpful, from patiently walking me through the unique way Hanna Cars works (which in my opinion is VERY smart), to the test drive, to my trade-in and final sale, I was super impressed. I was also impressed with the very knowledgeable Hector in the Service Center, who made sure everything was working perfectly on the vehicle I purchased. Fair and professional, I would highly recommend Hanna Cars to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

More than a month ago, I bought a car from Hanna Dealer,

More than a month ago, I bought a car from Hanna Dealer, a Tes Y. Unfortunately, the car had been in an accident, and the dealer did not inform CarMax or me about this. When I found out, I returned the car to Hanna Dealer, and Jose, along with the manager, assured me that the affected parts were requested and that the issue would be resolved in a few days. I gave them 10 days to resolve the situation. However, this did not happen. When I went back to return the car, they wanted to send the parts to California. Since then, Jose has been texting me with messages asking for my address and sent me a text with a photo of the parts two weeks ago, but jose no has answered the phone since then. This has been a scam, and I have reported it to the police and have a lawyer working on the case. I have spoken with three other people who have bought a vehicle from Hanna Dealer and faced similar problems. I am sorry, but I have waited long enough. Thank you,
