They were great with my trade-in they gave me great service, and everybody was extremely nice who is on staff

Received response to interst within half hour and then a follow up call when the car was being sent to auction as they did not want to keep it. The salesman has since contacted me and ask if I was still lookin for a vechile and I shared that was true, but only an American sedan, so it would fit my long legs and have a comfortable ride for four individuals.

All this dealership cares about is getting their money. I'm almost 3 months into owning a minivan that blew up 10 days after buying it due to scheduled maintenance needing done at time of sale. The van had issues and the dealership knew it at sale. They bandaid'Ed the problem for sale so it would seem fine. I've spent countless hours of my life I can't get back trying to get help from warranty and the dealership and both have been a bust. I am pursuing legal action and hope this dealership gets what's coming to them

Smooth, easy and transparent. 10/10 Experience. Felt like they genuinely cared about me whereas other places I felt like cattle. Definitely recommend to anyone searching for a car!

Don't bother asking for their "best price" on their website. I took that bait on a new Atlas, and in the comment section clearly asked that they not NOT call my home. I wanted a "best price" emailed to me, but their website won't let you ask for a "best price" without also giving them your phone number. So, instead of entering a bogus phone number, which might have caused an innocent third party to be disturbed, I made the mistake of entering my true phone number - and clearly asked them to reply by email, NOT by telephone. I emphasized that I did NOT want them to call my home. A few minutes later, late in the evening, Michael Watroba called my home, waking and disturbing my mother who has stage IV colon cancer. When I did not answer, Michael Watroba then sent me a completely worthless email saying he needed "a few minutes" of my time - on the phone. Do NOT trust this dealer to furnish you a straightforward "best price", or to respect your need for privacy.

I truly had the best car buying experience! Thank you Kevin and Mike! Super smooth and relaxed process. I even got a call the next day from Kevin letting me know he was able to follow up with my credit union and my rate was dropping. I would definitely buy another car from these guys in the future!

I've always had fantastic service at MAC VW- Ron is fantastic, they work quickly and keep you informed, and have a nice loner car available when you need it. I don't know anything about the sales department- I bought my car at a different dealership before moving here.

We made the drive out from Portland to buy a used Tiguan that we liked. I can truly say that it was well worth the drive. They are a small town dealership and treat you with great service. We worked with Richard on the sale. He, nor anyone else, was invasive or rushed. This was the best experience I have ever had buying from a dealership. We would be happy to highly recommend them.
