I recently had some warranty repair work done on my XC90

I recently had some warranty repair work done on my XC90 at Volvo Shreveport and found out after being charged $800 that it should have been fully covered by the extended warranty. The service manager would not return my call. I was told by my service advisor that at their discretion they can charge the client more. Upon calling the warranty company they had fully covered parts and labor for the Rear Evaporator repair and there should have been no charge to me. Shreveport Volvo however decided to charge me the additional $800. For a previous, turbo charger warranty repair where parts and labor was covered they charged me $2500 over the cost of the work. I will not be back and would recommend having your Volvo serviced elsewhere.

My car was dropped off for service a week ago, but I

My car was dropped off for service a week ago, but I haven't heard anything about it. I love my Volvo, but this type of business conduct is substandard. I have tried calling the service center multiple times, but I have never received an answer. Even though it may be a busy time, I need to know when I can expect my car back.It is essential for me to have reliable transportation for my work as a home health nurse. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I expect better customer service.

November 5, 2021: Had my oil changed at Holmes, nothing...

November 5, 2021: Had my oil changed at Holmes, nothing special except the price of $285. Other places usually charge around $60. Seems like they are taking advantage of a woman.

I just wanted to write a quick note to let you know that our experience at Holmes European Motors was a great one! My family usually only buys GM Vehicles due to our GM family discount but wanted something different this time. Elliot was our sales person. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Jim Huggins also helped us and was very professional and helpful as well. These two members of your staff made us feel welcomed but did not pressure us to make any decisions. Many times I have had experiences where I have left a car lot and not purchased strictly because I felt very pressured or unimportant! This was not the case with our recent purchase. We plan to have our Volvo S60 for some time but when we do buy again we will come back to Holmes European Motors! We would like to thank Elliot, Jim and all the staff at Holmes!!
