Mike Braswell was great helped me get into a 2019 Jetta R . He wasn't pushy at all just gave me the info on the car and left it up to me. I have to say all and all it was great service highly recommend Vic Bailey Volkswagen.

They did meet expectations. I purchased my leased passat. I would of gave 5 stars if they would of gave me a free oil change. It seems after you leased for 3 years and willing to purchase the vehicle they would do an inspection. During the inspection fix any minor things they find give you a free oil change and detail the car. Just as if you are purchasing any other car from the dealership. I asked for a free oil change and was denied. To separate yourself from others the extra 1% beyond expectations creates "Raving Fans."

Very impressed with the team at Vic Bailey VW. Very professional and accommodating. Answered all our questions on trim levels. Showed us multiple vehicles. Allowed us go on a good highway test drive.

45 minutes to an hour to complete the recall on the 2018 Tiguan. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Wanted to make sure I was pleased.
