G-Motors of Old Bridge

My wife and I had a really disappointing experience at G Motors. She was interested in purchasing a red 2022 Acura MDX and was initially excited about the car, but the unprofessionalism from the management completely changed my mind. The way they spoke to me was dismissive and condescending – I felt talked down to and not valued as a customer at all. It was honestly shocking and very off-putting. I’ve purchased cars before and have never been treated this way. The lack of respect from management made it an easy decision not to buy from them. I would not recommend G Motors if you’re looking for a positive and professional car-buying experience.

As a first time buyer, it was important for me to understand the entire process and make an informed decision when it came to finalizing the purchase and I am so thankful for Carlos’s help as he was patient with me and went over every step without a problem. I bought a Ford F150 and I am very happy with it.

First сlass dealer, looked at the pictures and details of my vehicle online and made me an offer over the phone, the great thing is when I showed up they didn’t try and change the numbers! I highly recommend them.

thought financing would pretty much not even be an option because of my crappy credit score, but I have to say that I absolutely love how hard they push to get it done for me and get the best possible offer they could. appreciate their hard work!

Lied to us about selling a car and claimed the keys weren't available for test drive, confirmed three times the following day including half hour before our arrival that the keys had become available then told us suddenly that the car had just been sold already, after not selling for 244 days. We had agreed on an all-in price the day before and because the car keys were "not returned by the previous tester", a deposit was not left. Claimed that another party "did not care about the keys or a test drive not being available for test drive" and bought the car within 16 hours of my father being there the prior day. They lied to us and made us travel over an hour each way in the rain. Gas, milage, time we will never get back - for nothing at all.

my credit score isn’t the best. tbh i thought that would have been a really big problem walking into this which is why my hopes for financing weren't great. nelson did an amazing job of getting me the best possible offer he could and I really do appreciate his diligence and hard work. recommend!
