I bought my car from Meridian Honda and do all of my vehicle service with them. They have been outstanding from the start. Adam Smith was my sales rep and he was great. I get my service with them and they do a great job at a reasonable price. Service Departments are always busy, so I ask in advance if I need an appointment or if I can just drive in for service and which day is best. They always get me in and out in a reasonable time and give me updates on the status of the work. If I need to leave my car, they have shuttle service.

No receipt of work after service

I had a service appointment recently at meridian honda. I arrived when they opened. I spent till well after lunch waiting on my vehicle. I finally received an update when I asked for one. When I checked out I asked for a service record showing what work was performed today. The response I received was, you will be mailed one after it goes to Honda. So now I do not have a record of what was done to my vehicle. my vehicle did great for a week then became worse than before I took it in for service. It was an issues with shifting. I took it to a different dealer. They said one of the required updates had not been performed. My opinion the first dealership should have performed this.
