If I could give HGreg NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would. This place is a JOKE. Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I wouldn’t even buy a bike from them, let alone a car. Their customer service is trash. The second you have a problem, they vanish. I bought a car and not even half a day later, the transmission started acting up. I contacted them immediately, and they straight up refused to take responsibility or give me my money back. Returned the car the next day, and they hit me with, “We’ll check it out and give you a call.” Never happened. I had to call THEM, and when I did, the receptionist asked for my name and laughed like I was a joke. The sales guy clearly told them to dodge my calls because suddenly he was “busy” every time I asked for him. Be for real. They took my money, sold me a broken car, then acted like I was the problem. I’ve filed complaints and terminated the contract (bc these fools forgot to send the paperwork to the bank). This dealership is unprofessional, sneaky, and rude. Don’t waste your time or your money. Go somewhere that actually respects their customers.

Our salesman Marty was a delight.
Our salesman Marty was a delight. At no time were we pressured, and he was happy to answer all of our questions about the car in question. The fresh cup of espresso as we were about to leave to drive the 3 hours home was the cherry on top of a delightful dessert of a shopping experience.

Never purchased a car in Hgreg.
Never purchased a car in Hgreg. A lot of additional/hidden charges. They made me sign up to two insurances that I don’t need. When I ask them to take it out, they said they can’t anymore. The 2,000 downpamynet also went missing. Horrible car dealer.

Very bad customer service, staff is very rude and manager
Very bad customer service, staff is very rude and manager is more rude, unprofessional, incompetent than staff and does not know, what is customer service. I scheduled test drive on cal and staff said, it is available for test drive but when reached at dealership after around an hour (At scheduled time) staff said why this car only, we have many other cars then he said, this car is in service and available for test drive right now. We asked to talked to manager, manager says I don't want to talk to you, I don't want to sell car to you.

Very bad customer service, staff is very rude and manager is more rude, unprofessional, incompetent than staff and does not know, what is customer service. Do not buy from this dealership. Buyer beware. Good on-line presence; was able to find the car I wanted to buy; negotiated up front before I drove over an hour to test drive to make final purchase. Their no-haggle pricing is a farce. Of course, their price is their price, and their website does disclose they have a non-optional document fee of $225. However, what their website does not disclose is their "mandatory" Eliete Protection Plan fee of $2,295.00 which they graciously agreed to sell to me at cost - $999.00. I don't know about you, but in today's economy, every$ counts and to "force" me to pay $'s for something I don't want, is a non starter. Obviously, I did not purchase the vehicle and flatly reject the abject greed demonstrated by this dealership. Carvana worked just fine for me. No hidden fees/force to purchase something I did not want or need.

I was inquiring a purchasing a car with this dealer. I'm out of from out of state so I was calling so they can send me an email with out of door price. The first time I called I was transferred to a out-of-state purchasing phone number it was automated what I was instructed to leave my name and number. Second time I called I was talking to the salesperson who told me that if I wanted an estimate out of the door in writing they have to talk to their finance people and they going to send it to me so that never happened. The third time I called they transferred me again to the automated phone number so I hung up and called right back again the salesperson answered I told him that I'm visiting Texas and I would like to drive a car home with me but I would like a price in writing and he said oh okay the price is what it is online plus $250 dog fee and then disconnected the line. If that was by accident I would appreciate a call back as I'm sure you have a phone reader but if not I strongly suggest people not to waste their time purchasing car from this dealer.

I purchase a vehicle 4 months and the prior owner didn't
I purchase a vehicle 4 months and the prior owner didn't maintain the vehicle my engine and transmission has to be replaced this information was giving by car repair for Nissan. I called and left a message to the manager it's no return called. The are not honest when the sell ypu a vehicle

We bought a truck.
We bought a truck. The truck had a check engine light on. They said they would fix it. We took it back and left it. We came back to pick It up they said they fixed it. We got on freeway and it came back on. We have called so many times and they never return our call. We are going to take it back up there and give them the keys. Just interested in selling you a car with all the warranties l, but they don’t want to fix anything. DONT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET CHEATED AND END UP A TRUCK THAT IS A PIECE OF JUNK. it is a shame we are paying for a truck that just sits in the driveway. Because we don’t want it to Break down and leave us stranded

A couple things to look out for with this dealership. When purchasing a car they will tack on an extra $2,000 for a "warranty" that isn't an actual warranty. It's for things like nitrogen in the tires and windshield chips etc...totally not worth it. I was able to have them remove that xx from the sales contract and my girlfriend ended up going forward with the purchase. The second thing we're now currently dealing with is that after 3 1/2 months she still has not received her license plates. She's gone to the tax office twice to get her temporary tag renewed, which they will not renew a third time. HGreg did compensate her $150 plus the renewel fee ($180 total) for having to take off work to get this done. Her temporary tags expire on July 7th so we're hoping they send us the plates before that happens. Their excuse is that they are a new dealership and don't have all the paperwork together, so they are behind on tags getting sent out. Get it together HGreg...

I recently bought a car from HGreg.
I recently bought a car from HGreg.com. Their business strategy is to suck customers in until purchase is made and drives home, they then become unprofessional monster. They knowingly sold an unreported accident car with non functioning driver's side actuator to me. I paid almost $600 at Nissan dealer to install a new actuator. I faxed my receipts to HGreg.com and they refused to accept any responsibility. The 2019 Nissan Sentra with 48,000 miles has multiple mechanical problems which the quote to fix is about $3000. So far, I have spent $1000 plus. I even wanted to return it for a better more expensive Nissan car but to no avail. To them I no longer exist, they have done with me and they are looking for their next prey. I think they need further customer orientation. Please my advise is, stay away from HGreg.com, they are shrewd business oriented company.
