I definitely recommend going to Isaac to buy a vehicle.

I definitely recommend going to Isaac to buy a vehicle. I went to several dealerships with very little luck on getting a deal done on a trade in and the terms I needed. Isaac followed up several times and was understanding of my situation. It's worth the drive from the the twin cities to buy a vehicle. Five stars for sure!!!

The customer service experience I had with this

The customer service experience I had with this dealership was extremely poor. After purchasing my Yukno Denali over a month ago, I was told by the finance manager that I would receive the registration and title in the mail within 30 days. However, when I contacted the dealership numerous times to inquire about the status, they informed me they had just filed the title and I would have to wait an additional two weeks, well past the 30-day timeframe. Additionally, I reached out four times about not receiving the rear entertainment headphones that were advertised on their website. The first two times, the sales consultant ignored my messages. The third time, I asked to speak with the sales manager, Shawn, who said he would order through his parts department and follow up, but never heard back. When I called again, Lilly, my original sales consultant answered, and stated she would follow up with Shawn to make sure they got order and update me. I still have not received any update on that. As someone with 8 years of experience working at a dealership, I know this level of unresponsiveness and failure to follow through is unacceptable. The customer service throughout this purchase process has been extremely poor.

Run from this dealership. Ryan Wichman has no idea how to write up contracts and Todd Fitz is a liar. Tamir Khalil and his brother Mou are useless. They make things much worse, not better. Mou tried to force me to purchase a brand new Jeep Compass even though I could not afford a brand new one. The whole car deal was ultimately rejected due to Ryan's mistakes in the paperwork and forging me and my husband's names on paperwork. Todd assaulted me and the dealership is holding my down payment on a vehicle I'm not purchasing. This is a very long story and there is not room to type it all here. Just RUN from this dealership.

Great customer service and friendly personnel.

Always have a positive experience when dealing with Grover Auto. Only negative comment is that it does not always have a selection of car options to choose from. I did find a car there, just may have selected a different make and model given the option.
