I Purchased a car from Elmore Toyota in Westminster, CA. I purchased a VSA that the Director of Finance knew was not valid and is trying to change the contract's terms after funding. The contract is not valid. I just took a call from Anthony Dadamio after telling him I do not want to discuss this with him. I was told the GM would not call a customer, like me. I am hopeful someone at @Toyota will notice this and reach the proper person at this dealer. I want to talk about the contract mistake or fraud without involving the lawyers, but this looking less likely with the Director of Finance calling, yelling, and hanging up on me. Next up is local law enforcement due to fraud I suspect and the California Attorney General office with a complaint. Everyone at Elmore Toyota know, all the yelling, dogging, and threats will not make the issue go away.

Second time I was treated horribly here. Won’t happen again. Came in to buy a sequoia and it was like pulling teeth to get Nini to even show me the car. When I said I’d buy it, they tried to throw an unlisted markup at me. I tried to negotiate with them, but the finance guy I. The back felt the need to chirp in. I ended up going and buying the car at Toyota of Huntington Beach and gave them my $70k. Will NEVER be back to Elmore....

Be careful. Stereotypical shady car salesman here. We purchased a CPO Lexus here about 3 years ago. We recently moved and our new home requires us to have an AWD vehicle so we set out to sell our Lexus. One of our prospective buyers used a coating gauge to ensure that it was the original factory paint. We assured him that it was as we bought it CPO. Turns out, the entire left panel of the car had new paint on it as the thickness was doubled on that side compared to the rest of the car. We immediately reached out to Elmore via email and the response was, "Im not sure what was said when you purchased your Lexus in 2017 but we cannot certify a car thats not a Toyota. I went ahead and forwarded your information over to my GSM Peter Nguyen. He will be able to assist you further." We responded with a picture of the certificate that shows that they did sell us a CPO. We also reached out to Peter directly and asked how they plan to handle this matter. That was 2 weeks ago and we have still heard nothing. If you enjoy being blatantly lied to and then ignored, I would recommend Elmore Toyota.

Super shady car dealership! I talked to the sales person yesterday and when he called me today so I could put down a deposit, he said the car would be $8000 over MSRP. Crooks! No transparency! I specifically asked for the price yesterday. Stereotypical bait and switch operation.

This place will scam you out of money no matter who you talk to at Elmore Toyota. The internet price was $12599, they increased it to $12995 without noticing me. Once I found that out, the finance manager named Anthony Dadamio verbally harassed me. The two people I talked to, Anthony Dadamio and Kenneth Beardsley, are the most dishonest people I have ever encountered. Anthony Dadamio was just straight up rude and bully me into signing the paper. I asked him if I can take the car's finalized price detail to reconsider the offer and he told me that either pay now or the offer is off. When they said that, I knew that they already tried to scam me with their offer and that's why they did not let me take home the car's finalized price detail. They also charged about $2000 for both security alarms and finishing touch. I asked to remove the security alarms and finishing touch, they said these two are required and cannot be removed whereas I was told in the beginning that both security alarms and finishing touch are optional. At this point, I realized that they try to scam me. Not only they try to scam me, but the sale associate named Anthony Dadamio is also very rude and threatening. He slammed the table with his pen, mocked me, lied to me about the price. Overall, I would never go to this place again ever in my life. I would visit other Toyota dealership if I were you.

Great customer service. Over all great job that he did I would totally recommend it to everyone . they heard what I wanted and they delivered
