I had an extremely disappointing experience at Beach
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Beach Cities Toyota, specifically with David Trinh (absolutely horrible experience) and Mr. Bui. From the beginning, they made false promises and gave misleading information about pricing and financing. They pressured us into taking a deal that wasn't what was initially discussed, and when we pointed out the discrepancies they became dismissive. Not only were we overcharged, but they also failed to honor key details they assured us of before signing. It felt like they were just trying to push a sale rather than actually working with us as customers. If you're looking for honesty and transparency, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Don't fall for their tactics.

Beware of the BAIT and SWITCH tactics here.
Beware of the BAIT and SWITCH tactics here...I had a deeply frustrating experience purchasing a Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited Max through the Costco Auto Program at this dealership. Communication began in December 2024, and the vehicle arrived in early February. While I was given the initial price, I naturally wanted to negotiate the dealer add-ons, as I neither wanted nor needed them. However, I was repeatedly told, “This comes standard with any vehicle we sell here.” Any attempt to discuss costs or express dissatisfaction was met with dismissive responses like, “This is a popular car—you don’t have to take it.” It became clear that they believed the car would sell itself and had no interest in earning my business. Communication was another major issue. Trying to get a response from my salesperson required a LOT of effort—I called, left messages, emailed at different times, and rarely got a reply. I had to catch him at the right time just to get an update. Despite the lackluster experience, I moved forward, hoping the process would improve once the vehicle arrived. It only got worse. Once the car was on-site, I received a call saying, “You have 48 hours to pick it up, or we’ll give it to the next person in line.” The pressure was on. I asked what I could do to speed up the in-person process, sent over the requested paperwork in advance, yet still spent three hours at the dealership finalizing the purchase. And then came the bait and switch. As we went through the purchase agreement, I noticed the price had increased by $500 from the original email. When questioned, they claimed, “This vehicle isn’t part of the Costco program, so we did you a favor by lowering the price, but we added $500 due to its popularity.” Excuse me?! To make matters worse, one of the dealer add-ons was something Toyota already included, meaning I would have been paying for it twice. When I asked to remove that charge, they instead added an alarm system at the same price—without my consent. At this point, I was exhausted. I paid part of the cost and planned to return the next day for the remainder. That night, it became clear this was a blatant bait-and-switch situation. The next day, when I confronted them, they quietly removed the unauthorized fees without acknowledging their shady tactics. I can’t imagine how many others have been subjected to this type of dishonest practice, but please take this as a cautionary tale. Find a better dealership to do business with. Best of luck.

I thought we were off to a good start with business but
I thought we were off to a good start with business but my identity was stolen and fraudulently placed with many people I didn’t agree upon application. My consumer rights were violated and laws were broken. I had to file with the BBB because I couldn’t reach any managers for 3 days straight zero call backs. I then took it upon myself to file with the FTC and the CFPB because they were not making any contact to make it right. Still today they are avoiding speaking with me so now I will have to file a lawsuit. I wish I looked them up on BBB because they already had an F the CEO Patrick Lustig has many companies listed F with the BBB so apparently it’s an ongoing thing for his companies to have fraudulent history and terrible customer service as I now am finding out the hard way. I wouldn’t recommend these people to my worst enemy

I went to Westminster Toyota on 12/10 with the thought of a getting a used vehicle. I told the gentleman Melvin that hosted my family and I. I had a budget and Melvin kept it professional and showed so much support throughout the process. Melvin ended up helping me get my dream car a 2025 Camry! “Ocean Gem” I’m so glad we came across that car lot and was met with a great salesman. Overall great experience good energy and kid friendly and they’re willing to work with you. Thanks Melvin!

Buyer be AWARE!
Buyer be AWARE!!! Marks up, hiding fees, worst customer service ever.. no follow up.. will never answer emails.. from general manager down to sales person.. the worst customer servicw ever.... they dont care about customers only about making money. Very dissapointed. After soooo many deals and offers. Locking the deal of a truck. I was driving 2 hours. On my way to the dealer, they decided to let me know they have sold the truck i wanted, because another customer walked in and they gave him a better over paid, over MSRP, mark up and hiding fees. Very very unprofessional. Do not deal with this dealer.... Robert, Janet, Arturo lack of service the worst.....
