I was able to find the Acadia I was looking for at a fair
I was able to find the Acadia I was looking for at a fair price. As for trade we were taken advantage of from the start. An offer of $7000 on our 1015 forester knowing fair trade value was $10000 Treavor insisted it was worth no more. We did purchase the car with a $7500 trade. Now I don’t mind anyone making a living or a reasonable profit but that forester is now listed at $15000 doubling their money. Shady practices at best. Just stay away.

Hello John, It is very unfortunate that you feel this way. If your Subaru did not have a crack in the rear bumber, a leather tear on the driver seat, or rust on the liftgate then it would have been worth a lot more. It also needed brakes, an alignment and a new battery. We took into considertation the bodywork and rip in the seat on the appraisal. We did not know anything about the brakes, battery and alignment until after we took it on trade and had a chance to service it. Also, just because a dealership has an asking price doesn't always mean they get what they are asking. In closing, no one in this organization pressured you to take the deal we offered. You left here with smiles on your faces and even posed for a picture in front of your new car. Generally that means you were treated fair and with respect. Please give us a call if you would like to discuss this in length.
I refuse to get into a contest with you As I would be no match for you. Even with the repairs you listed normal wear for a 2015. It was well kept and serviced. Bottom line is I stand by the review as you still stand to almost double your money on my vehicle.

I had my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation on
I had my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation on 4/27/22 and I was completely satisfied with the work. I didn't have to wait long and when they called me back, I was pleasantly surprised that they washed it and swept inside. I'm so glad I changed to Columbiana Chevy. I would highly recommend them in the future. Excellent experience.

We reached an agreement on a car and trade, I had an appointment to complete the purchase. They sold the car to another buyer and canceled my appointment. Car shopper beware.

Took my 2017 ats in for oil change this morning. Asked salesman what you would pay for me to buy my car back from me. I received a letter stating you were interested since I had very low mileage and car was in excellent shape. Salesman said that he would give me $18,000. I told him that Kelley Blue Book was $27,000. He then told me to go sell it to Kelley. Pretty classless comment in my opinion.
