Contacted them about a truck they had, spoke with Tommy. Tommy stated that he'd check my concerns and get back with me. I never heard from him again. My one star rating is too much. A O is more of my opinion of Dream auto

I recently had to purchase a used vehicle to replace my car that was totaled in a crash. This was one of many lots I visited in my search over a week's time. Like most people, I hate shopping for a car because of the well-earned, generally bad reputation of car salesmen at many dealerships. At this dealership, Tommy was great, no high-pressure sales tactics, attempts to upsell, or pressure to purchase an add-on warranty. He was friendly, kind and made the experience easy and painless!
