My experience at Prime was mostly positive, they handled my car well and making an appointment was simple. I will say that I was disappointed to be sitting waiting for my car and to hear a staff member at the service desk interact rudely with an older gentleman who provides the shuttle service for Prime. It was unprofessional, and the staff continued to discuss the interaction after the older gentleman had excused himself. I hope in the future the staff will handle themselves in a more professional, respectful manner, especially in front of customers.

My appointment was made for the day and time of my request. Everyone is friendly smart and knowledgeable. They fixed my issue fast and went above and beyond with a throur walk through of my Forester.

Great service; but be nice to get discount of basic service if bought car there creating incentives to come back to same location and not have service elsewhere.

I arrived at Second St Subaru dealership with no appointment afraid to drive the car without it being looked at. Knowing my need to have a vehicle for the week the crew worked all day and repaired the metal on metal sound of the brakes and repaired a sway bar.
