I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of working with JBA! My salesperson answered all my questions with the understanding that this was my first visit to a dealership and I was just exploring. Well, the info and product exceeded expectations to the point that I brought a 2025 Seltos home!

The Sales Manager generated pressure and was focused on
The Sales Manager generated pressure and was focused on expediting the sale, not creating a pleasant experience for the customer. He denied two minor requests I made. Neither request would have impacted cost. The sales consultant was very helpful and patient. The service department was outstanding. After the purchase, a young lady on the sales staff presented an exceptional tutorial on the vehicle's functions to include its infotainment system. During my life, I purchased about 17 brand new vehicles from a manufacturer's dealership. This was my third Kia. Over time, personnel change and the culture and sales philosophies at dealerships evolve. With that thought in mind, I would recommend JBA as well as other area Kia dealerships. Seek and assess competition. Buying a new vehicle should be an exciting, pleasant and "feel good" experience. For this customer, JBA was marginally acceptable.

Our experience was ok, but that’s all.
Our experience was ok, but that’s all. It took too much time for all the steps to be completed but I’m not sure why. We were so tired by the end that we didn’t insist on more help setting up the technology, so that’s partly on us, but only partly.

The process began poorly and was frustrating at first. Once the manager stepped in, everything was handled quickly and professionally. What started badly ended extremely well. I understand mistakes happen, and the manager exceeded my expectations. JBA KIA in GB has been consistent to their dedication to customer care from sales to the service department.
