2023 Chevy Tahoe – Great SUV from Cannon Dealership I recently bought a 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe from Cannon dealership, and the whole experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the process easy from start to finish. The Tahoe is everything I hoped for—powerful, comfortable, and loaded with features. It’s perfect for long drives, hauling gear, and everyday use. The ride is smooth, and the tech is easy to use. Cannon made financing simple and explained everything clearly. The vehicle was clean and ready when I picked it up, and they followed up to make sure I was happy.

Terrible service department. Replaced my ABS control module under warranty and $700 later it’s leaking because it was installed incorrectly…….. now I’m in Arizona with a truck with no brakes and I have to wait for the service centers here and to work with cannon. Of course they are in no rush to make this right….. rental car fees adding up and no urgency. Sad that they had someone that can’t fix a warranties part correctly and I could have died driving through the mountains with no brakes. Terrible

Would like to start off with my experience with the service department at Cannon was great. The only person I dealt was a young man ( James ) who was very polite and knowledgeable . Now with that said I would like to say I am totally dissatisfied with GM. It took 3 weeks to get part needed to repair my truck .In my book there is no excuse for that period . On a scale of one to ten Cannon Chevrolet (service dept) gets a 10 and GM a 2 maybe .

Thank to Cannon Chevrolet Service Dept, Ashley was great She kept me in the loop with everything that was going on with my car, from finding parts that are not really available, since the car was only built for 3 years.. CHEVY SS parts are hard to get, but they took care of my car and I really appreciate the care and attention.... I'M LOOKING FOR ASHLEY EVERYTIME I COME.... THANK U ASHLEY, AND SHOUT OUT TO PARTS DEPT. FOR FINDING THE ONLY PART IN THE COUNTRY,.. (MINNESOTA).. THANK U GUYS FOR YOUR EFFORT AND HARD WORK
