I always make an appointment but it seems like that's doesn't matter as you still wait hours for a simple thing to be done. Three hours to plug a tire with an appointment. Had to uber home and back which was expensive.

I like bringing my Nissan to get repaired , using Nissan parts , and satisfied with mechanics inspections

Disappointed that at service appointment doesn't matter for an oil and filter change. Disappponted that my controller arms needed to be fixed/replaced so quickly after they were replaced back in Sept. But pleased they were covered under the parts warranty. Understanding that more time was needed to replace the control arms but disappointed that the repairs were completed outside of shuttle service time so I had to make arrangements to get to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. Disapppinted that the dealership still doesn't have nor offers a complimentary car wash after service is completed.

The staff at Nissan Henderson is amazing. Did a wonderful job and got us in and out of there, very fast with a wonderful deal.

Advisor was great very friendly and understanding. The technician side was very poor misplaced my spacer so my battery connection was very poor. Was told a replacement would be received in 15min it took over an hour then misplaced my grease washer on my positive connection.

Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, but regular service is expensive to keep warranty in effect. Great people, and happy to recommend this dealership
