I recently made an appointment to look at a 2024 Maverick truck that Aaron Ford of Escondido advertised online. The truck was priced at $5,000 under normal retail, with only 2,300 miles. When I called. I was told that the truck was available, and there was nothing wrong with it. When I arrived an hour later for my appointment I was told that the salesman I spoke with was not available, so I was directed to another salesman. He told me that the truck that I wanted to look at could not be test driven or taken off the lot due to a recall on the backup camera. I asked to see the truck anyway, but was told that they could not show me the truck, They said that I could buy it but not take possession of it until the recall was fixed, which could take months or more. At this point the salesman offered to show me a Ford Lariat truck, which is considerably more expensive. I asked to speak to the sales manager, and told her that this looks like a classic “bait and switch” situation. I asked her why they would advertise a truck online that could not be driven off the lot. She blamed the salesman I originally spoke with, saying he was “new”. But she then admitted that the salesman had nothing to do with listing the truck online. So no truck, no apology, and a wasted 90-minute round trip.

Purchased a 2024 Ranger from Aaron last Saturday. Salesman Andy was good. Jordan Smith spent ample time going over the basics of the truck and answered my questions. Jordan said come back if I have more questions. Awesome guy. Fernando in finance was also easy to work with. So far, Aaron was impressive.

I am writing this review specifically for Mike Tinsley, the Service Manager at Aaron Ford Escondido. I have had trouble with other less attentive Service Managers here before. However, Mike was extremely helpful and attentive to the utmost degree. He treated my car troubles like his own. Provided solutions to my truck trouble and worked with the third party extended warranty company to have my service fully covered by them. The team fixed and left my truck in great condition. Could not have asked for a better Service Manager!

Absolutely by far the worst customer service I have had
Absolutely by far the worst customer service I have had from a business, ever. I got my truck serviced here in March of this year. I paid for the service in full, and then realized when I got home that our original bumper to bumper warranty was still active, and should cover the work that was done. Why did I have to figure that out??? Anyway, I called in immediately, talked to my service advisor and asked if the service should be covered, and it turned out that it should! Wow. Good thing I checked. I was told that was not a problem and that they would just need Ford to authorize a refund and it would be taken care of. I was promised a check that week. Well, that was 89 days ago. Its taken me until today to ACTUALLY get the check that was promised. What transpired between then and now was nothing short of the THE WORST customer service experience ever. I called every week during this whole ordeal, and MOST of my phone calls went unanswered with NO return call ever received. Whenever I was miraculously able to get someone to talk to me I got the run around over and over and over again. Through constantly badgering them and following up I was eventually able to get my money back but it took 89 days to get it, and I heard nothing but lame excuses and empty promises in between. A word of advice - if you are looking for a trustworthy Ford dealership to take your car for service, or even buy a new Ford, do yourself a BIG favor and go to a different dealership.

I can’t thank enough Michael Clark (Service Advisor) for
I can’t thank enough Michael Clark (Service Advisor) for going above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure all services on my 2021 F250 6.7 PowerStroke Tremor were done. I ask if they drain the fuel water separator since I’m recovering from an ALC surgery and can’t go under the truck. He left his counter, headed straight to the bay, and personally drain the fuel water separator since the service tech didn’t want to do it. Thank you, Michael.

On Sunday (April 14 2024) I came in to check the progress on locating my ranger After talking with Alfonso Galindo,Michael Perez,Oscar Lopez they made me a fantastic deal on a 2024 ranger XLT that was on the lot. Mike Kodaimati in finance did a great job in explaining everything.The people who's names I mentioned above made my experience the best I have ever had at a dealership. Thank you so much.

I saw an ad i Carfax for a jaguar listed $4000 below
I saw an ad i Carfax for a jaguar listed $4000 below bluebook went to the dealership I switched and bait . I could not purchase a car without having purchasing fou r other insurance is totaling up to $6000 Purchased vehicle, January 2 a month and a half later they called me saying they need the car back for a Vin verification. It’s been almost a month and a half and my temporary License plate and registration have expired April 1. No one returns your call from the top level to the sales manager, the bunch of crooks stay away.

I’d like to start of saying josh was super helpful. This was my first time buying a truck by myself and he made it very easy and simple. He also made me felt like a belonged there and with that I really appreciate all of his help would definitely recommend him as your car sales men.
