EASY CAR AUTO SALES

The dealership just looks sketchy. The cars are crammed into a small lot. The guy informed me fyi that there is a $1500-2000 dealer prep fee on all the cars. The pictures are often stock photos not of the actual car. We looked at one and paint was all faded. They don't even show you the car, just hand you a key at a time. We looked around and it just gave me an uneasy feeling. I turned in the key and we left.

I was initially very excited about getting my car from here, however, the very next day the alternator went out and ive had the car in the shop more than ive actually driven the vehicle and have put more into fixing the venicle than i actually paid for it and if i was able to return it i absolutely would have almost every week something broke, went out and needed to be replaced before it could be driven...extremely disappointed in the fact that it was not looked over at all after being taken in and just sold it as is, a true lemon of a vehicle..im wouldnt recommended this place without having the vehicle looked over or having an obd device put on it at the very least..i learned a valuable and expensive lesson buying a car from here..DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Bought a car and the dealership powertrain warranty. Car has broken down and dealership is refusing to cover cost of repairs. This is despite the fact that the repairs are covered under the powertrain warranty. Had to file a complaint with the attorney general's office, the BBB, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and had to seek the help of an attorney to sue to have the repairs done. Was going to bring my twin daughters here in 2 months for their cars since it seemed to be a reasonable place to purchase a used car. Now I will not. I couldn't trust them with my money, I certainly won't let them prey upon my children or their money. Will definitely look elsewhere.

This place is a joke, either they're a repo company or they sale any car no matter the record. reason been is because I went 3 times and always found something bad at this place, run away and don't look back

Since the dealer never replied to me it is hard to rate them other than unresponsive

No one answers the phone. Their website hours are not accurate with the hours that are posted on the door. All the cars are filthy and it’s difficult to try and test drive a vehicle. We waited 15 minutes before anyone even showed up.

Went there to check out a car, they were fine with it me taking it to a shop to get an inspection, they found the water pump was leaking and there were a few smaller issues, and the pump he admitted to me he didn't know about that issue. He refused to lower the price at all claiming that they are the lowest price in the nation, and that it's way below market value, however all the fixes would've made it way over the market value. Again, very clear on not lowering any prices.
