Sergio was amazing!!! Very thorough, listened carefully and didn't try to haggle me into anything I didn't want. He more than worked with me and my finances which I'm super grateful for and appreciative of his efforts. I will definitely recommend him and Castle Volkswagen to others moving forward.

Good location …… good service ….. professional people …… they do good work ……. Comfortable waiting area …….. The team at Castle VW provided excellent service again for my Golf. The service was quick and painless through the whole process. These people are honest and hard-working. Their sales department is not at all pushy, and their service department knows its stuff. The only real criticism I have is that they are a Volkswagen dealership, and not something classier like Audi. I've never really liked Volkswagen much as a company, but I buy their cars any way, because they are cheap and reliable.

First: after buying a second car from the dealership in
First: after buying a second car from the dealership in one month I tried to cancel both GAP insurance contracts. I went through the process and completed the GAP cancellation form for the administrator (Ethos Group). They processed the cancellation and sent it to the dealer on May 27th. Secondly, the payoff on my trade in was 71,500. He listed the payoff in the contract as 71,800 and told me the over payment would be refunded to me. He only paid the bank the 71,500. When I initially asked he said they would refund the difference. I have been following up with the finance manager Ruben Delgado since then, emails and calls. And now he won’t respond to me on either channels. The times he did respond he kept saying that he need to check with the manager upstairs. And now he won’t return my calls or emails. The only thing I can do at this point is post about my experience and probably look for a lawyer to help resolve the issues. Even though the dealership sales team was good to work with. I would definitely by aware with the finance office and try to do a cash deal rather than going through with the shady business in the back office
