We had a great experience at Castle Mazda Downers Grove!

We had a great experience at Castle Mazda Downers Grove! Found our future family car online and sent an email to test drive the vehicle the same day. We were in love and immediately put down a deposit and came back to finalize all the paperwork within a few days. CJ helped immensely in making the entire process smooth and he was wonderful to work with! One major disappointment we have is that we were told that they would clean the car before we left the dealership and that hardly happened— the only noticeable difference was the “new car smell”.

We had a great experience at Castle Mazda Downers Grove! Found our future family car online and sent an email to test drive the vehicle the same day. Beware of this dealer.

Beware of this dealer. Very deceptive practices. They added a tire and wheel warranty to my sale without even discussing it with me. When I saw the fee and contacted them they refused to do anything to get it off contract. When I called them they initially said it was a built in dealer fee. After some digging I found out they outright lied to me and warranty was an optional contract. Sincet then I’ve contacted the general manager and financial manager and both have ignored my complaint .

Lovely, kind, patient sales staff with a finance manager

Lovely, kind, patient sales staff with a finance manager that is the bad apple that ruined all else. Arrogant, demeaning, ignorant and too old to manage the position any longer.

We began our car shopping here with a wonderful gentleman

We began our car shopping here with a wonderful gentleman named Tav, great, low pressure, with a friendly demeanor salesman. After looking at a few cars we left, not feeling pressured to buy, and returned a couple months later to make a purchase. Fortunately, we had Tav as our salesman yet again, we settled on a model, color, and moved on to the price negotiations where Tav as yet again a kind gentleman. He took one offer back to an older, salty gentlemen in finance who came to confront us as we were roughly $3000 apart on price. He told us to take our business elsewhere as it was wildly out of touch and offensive. Well we did, to Naperville Mazda where we made our purchase in a very pleasant and even enjoyable manner. Thank you Tav, for your professionalism, and to the finance person with the bedside manner of nurse xxxxxxx, it might be time to retire Sir. You have lost your touch, if you ever had one, for the knowledge and skills needed for your job, and you are a detriment to the goal of your organization.

Service team always go above and beyond! Mike has always been very kind and patient to us. The kind of service every client deserves. And i get the chance to drive the new CX 70 as a loaner while waiting for our car to be serviced! Thanks always Mike and the team!
