All repair work done as requested. Everything went fine...

All repair work done as requested. Everything went fine except for returning of vehicle. I was expecting same day return but didn’t get back till next day. Communication could have been smoother. Car was returned clean and shinny. Pleased overall and will return for service.

I was told that my issues couldn’t be addressed unless I...

I was told that my issues couldn’t be addressed unless I bought new tires when I believe I didn’t need new tires. Also, I was quoted $119.00 to program a blank key. Would have been nice to get the key programmed free since I bought a née car there 3 months ago. I will not buy from you again.

Kind courteous service Scott in the service department knows surely how to do his job Samantha absolutely phenomenal when I made the appointment she let me know that there would be a loaner car for me which there was very prompt service to call me right back when the car was ready so very satisfied also had a friendly chat with John Rizza in the sales area
