I had a worst experience without Courtesy Nissan.

I had a worst experience without Courtesy Nissan. I bought the vehicle in that they updated lien holder wrongly which I am spending 2 hrs every day to fix it. But still on update. Worst and pathetic experience!!

Always easy to get an appointment, and the service

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, both with the salesperson and the finance manager. From the start, the communication was unclear and lacked transparency. The cost summary was not properly explained, and important details were glossed over or completely ignored. When I came to get the car, it was already dark, and I specifically asked if there were any issues with the vehicle. I was assured everything was fine. However, the next day in the daylight, I discovered multiple small cracks on the windshield — something that was clearly hidden. I attempted to follow up via email, but I was completely ignored. On the financial side, things were equally frustrating. I clearly stated that I did not want any additional services beyond purchasing the car, except for adding Ally insurance. Despite this, nearly $2K in extras were added without my proper consent. I had to take additional time to cancel those charges. The finance manager was dismissive and made me feel like I was a burden for questioning what was going on — extremely unprofessional behavior. I was also promised a second key for the car, which I never received. To top it all off, I recently experienced a power failure on the highway — a dangerous situation caused by the battery cable not being properly attached. This is simply unacceptable and shows a serious lack of attention to basic vehicle safety. Overall, this experience has left me feeling misled, ignored, and disappointed. I would caution others to be extremely careful if considering doing business here.
