i will not mention specific names of people cause im not that big of an xxxxxxx.....but I want to share with people my experience here Dishonest in the simplest, dumbest, purest form........they don't call you back after you purchase a car and get in touch with them about a problem (a real problem not a petty xxxxxxxx problem). First off the title took over 2 months to process.....NOT the dealerships fault however when my temp tag expired and i reached out to them for answers or help the kid i bought the car from 1) thanked me so much for my patients 2) apologize extensively 3) promised me he would speak to his manager right away and get right back to me right away................He sounded so sincere and nice....what a nice guy...... Also.......when i test drove the car me and the sales kid and I both noticed a crack in the windshield. Naturally he promised me they would take care of that.....basic and easy enough right? Because i had to work my father picked up the car for me about a week later (i put a deposit down on it). The stupid kid let the car go with the crack in the windshield!! I called him several times on the business line and his cell phone and every time he did the following 1) thanked me so much for my patience 2) apologize extensively 3) promise me he would speak to his manager right away and get back to me right away ........he even told me "its my number one priority" (im not kidding he said that).......man this guy really cares, what a nice guy!!! Over the course of about 1.5 months I reached out to the kid and the dealership a total of 4 or 5 times......and never ONCE did anyone even so much as call me back......not even to tell me they are trying to help me. When my title came in he called me. When i picked up the title it was from another salesman i left a message with his him to tell the kid thanks for jerking me around don't worry im done begging for help here and i'll pay to fix the windshield myself......xxxx off. When you tell someone your going to call them back its terrible business to ignore them/not call back......at all. This xxxxing kid is not doing any good honest ethical "used car salesman" any favors. Jesus Christ. the kid was not the only one that did this.....there was also a guy who answers the phone.....same exact thing, so its a practice that the whole place engages in. Theres no way any responsible ethical owner and/or manager would allow this to go on within their business. I WILL POINT OUT - the above 2 problems were not necessarily the dealerships fault. 1) the title - it took a long time to process.......but they could have let me know its just taking a long time perhaps given me new temp plates that were not expired......CALLED ME BACK when they promised they would. 2)The crack in the windshield - they could have told me "were very sorry you bought a used car "as is"...... so legally/contractually we are not responsible (or they could have fixed it)......they could have simply CALLED ME BACK when they promised they would. Its the way they handled things.....full of xxxx......xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, tell you yes until you get sick of being told yes and just go away or maybe try taking legal action of some kind.....i don't know. also im only now reading other reviews that confirm this is what this place does. I can't imagine this place lasting Im sure they are gonna get in trouble one way or another doing this kind of thing to people. I don't recommend you do business with them and if you do be very careful....don't be trusting and easy going like i was. I RATED THE MANAGERS 3 STARS BECAUSE IT FORCED ME TO RATE THEM.....I NEVER DEALT WITH THEM PERSONALLY SO I JUST KEPT THAT AT 3.....WHATEVER AGAIN JUST TRYING TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE HERE WITHOUT CALLING ANYONE OUT BY NAME

WARNING!

WARNING!! WARNING!! WARNING!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH AUTO NOVA 46 IN FORT LEE OR EXCEL AUTO IN EAST WINDSOR (PARENT DEALERSHIP) ** They will bait and switch documentation!! The sales person shows you one set of documents like their service plans, warranty, pricing. Then at the time of signing, the documents look exactly the same, except the wording is swapped around to benefit them and not the consumer. I.e. “30 day buy back guarantee” switched to “30 day exchange”. Two very different things. They also advertise the price online as a lot lower to get you in! Then they mark up the price, pretend to give you a deal, and charge you $4000-$5000 more!! ** They will agree to everything like they are your best friends. Then in the contract, everything is different to what is discussed. Don’t listen to the words!! READ the documents carefully! I,e They swore the final cost of my car was $13,500. Ended up they put in the paperwork as $18700!! ** If you go in to pay cash, pay cash!! Do NOT accept their financing option. They will claim to give you the SAME deal if you finance with a story that they get money from the bank, which is why they prefer that. But, then the Loan is MUCH higher!! I.e. I was agreed on a $13500 cost. They said, finance it. THe amount will be the same. They make an extra buck. Pretend to be pals, and play it like everyone wins. Then the financing bill comes out and it shows $18700!!! ** They DO NOT do anything on time with regards to vehicle registration and plates. People are waiting months for it! Read reviews about these guys on Carfax, google, autotrader. They are con artists! Don’t fall for them!! Boycott this dealership! I have filed a complaint at bbb.org. If AutoNova46 has cheated you and caused distress, go file your complaints. Power in numbers. Email me at dpndhealthylife@gmail.com and perhaps we can file a lawsuit as a group!

They sold me a broken car.

They sold me a broken car. When I asked for the money back, they said we can't refund the money but you can replace the car with another car. They also took $2000 extra for the car they forced me to buy. What a disgrace. The car we bought instead is also complete garbage.

I would give a zero if i could.

I would give a zero if i could. This place is a complete SCAM. I sold them my car, and they bounced the check to purchase it. They refuse to call me back and when i finally get in touch with anyone, they have no answers and don’t have my car anymore.

Run away!

Run away! I sent a mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection on a car at Auto Zen. He happened to find the exact auction listing where Auto Zen purchased the car from. The car still had ALL the issues that were present from the auction house. Auto Zen literally just washed/detailed a busted up car from auction and did NOTHING to it. And when I asked Stanley to address these issues, instead of offering to fix them, they offered a 3rd-party warranty so that they wouldn't be on the hook to do ANYTHING to this car. Not to mention the $2,000 in hidden fees they will slap you with. Red flags galore. RUN!

The dealership was very friendly and generous.

The dealership was very friendly and generous. They presented the car I was in the market for very nicely and had no problems communicating with the seller and/or financer. Typically, this dealership only allows an individual to hold a car due to the high traffic, but I did so by putting in a down payment. The only two negatives for this dealership are: first, once I purchased the car, it only came with a single gallon of gas in the tank, which needed to be appreciated. Secondly, the dealership should have mentioned that one portion of the car was not completely functional and needed repair by a mechanic. The car's exhaust pipes and muffler were also disconnected as the bolt sheared off. Outside of these two discrepancies, the service was excellent. I recommend thoroughly analyzing the car before buying and asking for more than one gallon of gas on pickup.
