They had some nice vehicles which were priced

They had some nice vehicles which were priced competitively, but the numbers they put together on the offer sheet didn't add up. If you shop here, check their math. Also, don't expect them to budge from their pricing even $500 for a $28K vehicle. The vibe was that they didn't really need our business, which I'm sure is true, but that's not the way to sell a vehicle. Their Schererville store, which we visited later that day, was a much better experience in every way. In fact, that's where we got a newer version of the car we were considering, with less miles, for a better price.

The first salesman was horrible.

The first salesman was horrible. He didn't care about fulfilling my needs. Just wanted to make his sale. The manager Gary is spineless and won't go to bat for his customers. I have talked to the district manager twice and he left a lasting impression. Quick response, and stood up for his employees. The service specialist and technicians are great. Jenny has been the best. She knows the customers as people, and has taken care of me for dozens of issues with this crap subaru crossover over the last 2 years.

I recently had an issue with my radio.

I recently had an issue with my radio. Crew B. From the service department was such an awesome rep to work with. He got the part ordered, while waiting on it to come in he also put me a loaner car to take on vacation. 10 out 10.

If it wasn’t for the staff I won’t even give one star.

If it wasn’t for the staff I won’t even give one star. The reception/check in staff was great. After looking at the repairs that were made i found several bolts loose including the ground on the battery. Found a bolt and clip’s missing from the undercover as well.
