Mr. Car

We bought a car from this dealership and they told us that there were NO issues with the car. We test drove the car with them and ended up finding out that the horn didn't work and the antenna cover was missing. When we purchased the car they agreed on fixing the issues when the parts arrived. The SAME day I bought the car, the air conditioner stopped working on me and the car wouldn't start anymore so I had to replace the battery and get my AC fixed. They had us wait 3 months with constant unanswered calls and leaving our text messages on "read” for the parts they told us they ordered when we bought the car. When I finally was able to get ahold of them, they told me they had just ordered the parts for the car (2 months after they already said they would do it). 3 weeks pass by and I call them again to ask on the update about the parts arriving, and they tell me that they just bought the part AGAIN and will let me know when it arrives. I haven't been able to drive the car purchased from them for 3 weeks now because the horn would honk when the wheel is turned to the right. I constantly asked for updates and was left on "read" every single time. When the part finally arrives, they tell me they're not going to install it for me and that all I can do is pick the part up. I called them to remind them what we agreed on before I purchased the car, they tell me "we have better people to talk to right now" and hung up. These people are liars, very unprofessional, and they don’t honor their word. REFRIAN FROM BUYING FROM THEM

I wish I could give zero stars. I’m not even as mad as I should be. I count this as a lesson. I am generally an over positive person. I’m happy for all the success stories. But I should have listened to the other 1 star review, every person in my life, and my gut. Vehicle was a flood vehicle with parts from another vehicle and other unspeakable things. Mechanically sound?!? LOL…. Who is she? I had planned to get another new or much newer model vehicle in February 2026 if this deal worked out. I’m so grateful I didn’t waste tens of thousands of dollars. Not only do I hope you lose 10 times what I gave you, I hope that the petty gods and goddesses handle Sebastian and all that had a hand in the deal. May the karma of Florida be effect, affect, and infect you all. That’s all. Have the day and life that you deserve. No need to try to contact me. I just wanted to get this out of my system so I can move completely on. Oh, I almost forgot. They didn’t pay the delivery people. The delivery guys were really nice. They handled everyone’s vehicles with extreme care. They were really nice. I held those sweet people up for nearly an hour. Finally they got confirmation of payment. And they told me what they got paid, it was not what I paid!!! They had other places to be. My vehicle wasn’t the only delivery on the transport. No issues with the title. They sent that quickly.

Bought a used car with my son. No pressure, test drove numerous cars, easy experience for a change. We didn't feel trapped as most car dealerships do and not a bunch of hidden fees. Good prices, honest about cars, provide CarFax report. I would recommend them for a used car.
