Forged signature, bait and switch, fraud….

Forged signature, bait and switch, fraud….. The amount financed on my Jeep Cpmpass was at least $19k over the sales price They offer no remorse with the way they fraudulently conduct business. All they will do is argue, put you off and turn the situation around and tell it’s your fault. I guess we’ll see what the attorneys say. I refuse to drive a mediocre vehicle for the price of a much much nicer vehicle.

The sales team is dishonest and perhaps the worst people

The sales team is dishonest and perhaps the worst people ive ever dealt with. The finance department tried to coerce me into financing a car i didn't need to finance so they could make a few extra dollars. Overall the 4 hours of time wasted was a lesson noone should ever have to experience.

Bought a 2022 RAM 1500 Lone Star Crew Cab from them and

Bought a 2022 RAM 1500 Lone Star Crew Cab from them and had them ship it out to CA. Bought it from them on April 4th and because we were going to be in TX from the 11th through the 15th we asked it to be shipped immediately. By the 9th it still had not shipped so we had to have them hold the vehicle and finally received it on the 14th. We got the truck and quickly realized that the windshield wipers had never been replaced. They were in shreds. No biggy - I'll put a new set on. We then discovered that the driver side door speaker is completely blown out and that there were no floor mats - despite them being clearly visible in the online pictures from their website. THANKFULLY I downloaded all of the images from the site before the listing was taken down after our purchase. I have called, emailed repeatedly and I always hear, "We'll get you taken care of". Happy with the truck so far, just not happy with their apparently lack of customer support.

We purchased a vehicle here and had the worst experience.

We purchased a vehicle here and had the worst experience. We were told the vehicle would probably be finished on Saturday if not for sure on Monday. I never heard anything so I called Monday afternoon and was told it would be ready to go Monday evening. I drove an hour to go pick it up to find out the car was not cleaned and windshield not replaced. They said they would deliver it to my house since they made us drive an hour and it not be ready. A couple more days go by and there was not any communication. It was always me reaching out to the dealership to keep things moving. When the vehicle was finally delivered it didn't not have a license plate plus other things the vehicle was supposed to come with. The dealership says it was not their problem they didn't know what was supposed to come with the vehicle. It took weeks to finally recieve paper plates to be able to drive the car we purchased. We were also told one thing in finance only to have paperwork say something else. I was finally able to get this portion resolved but only because I kept on them. This dealer is quick to take your money and put you on the back burner. I highly recommend shopping Elsewhere.

Where to begin. I love my Jeep and, thankfully, it has been relatively trouble free. I have 2 issues with this dealer. When I bought the Jeep, they did not honor what my salesperson said regarding the EV credit on my lease which means they likely kept those dollars for themselves. The other issue has been the service department. There is 100% turnover, often with your advisor, and that means the person who is supposed to follow up often leaves and no one is re-assigned your case. You have to chase them down to find out when your car is ready and best of luck getting anyone on the phone. Now my Jeep is due for its 4th recall in 2 years and I am still waiting for someone to call me back so I can schedule it. I wasn't expecting Sewell service but I did expect some service.

Don’t buy from this Dealer .

Don’t buy from this Dealer .He sold to me bad Engine car, I drove this car for one week, I didn’t know blue smoke is coming out from exhaust. He keep my car more than a month without fixing the problem and he return to me. I will like to expose him Stay Away from this dealer .Bad business practice
