Rob Dickens you are the best person to have as a salesmen. A month after we got our 2024 Pacifica, my husband & I came back to look for a used car. Rob set us up with an exact car that suited our purpose. I so like our Honda CR-V. Behold once again Rob you went way way above and beyond at getting some items , which were very minor fixed, I love the Glasscoating on both our vehicles, Again Robhasbeen helping a woman in need of learning some tech stuff on this Honda like the Pacifica, and to date as of June 1 , 2024 he’s still helping me when I need it. This has to be the worst buying experience of my 52 years. Purchased a 64000. Dollar truck. No owners manual, no plug for the diesel engine. If I want them I can purchase them. They are not needed stated the young man who was the salesman. Very disappointed in the customer service. There is no regard for customer service. No assistance unless you are paying for it. I will never return to this dealership.
