M'Tazi is the reason I continue to bring my car for service Not pleased with the new 3% convenience fee just added

The dealer is excellent. Professional, helpful never have a problem with any of my services.

I had an appointment at 12:15 . For an oil change . My car didn't get pulled to the back until 2:15 . Customers who came in after me already received the service. I went too see wht am I the only left here . When I had an appointment at 12 noon . The representative never said anything . I went to speak with someone about it . A female representative said I have to ask who helped me .

Wait time not as long as I expected. Considering my past experience Keep up the good work
