I got my car fixed, and the service only took one hour.
I got my car fixed, and the service only took one hour. I really like that. I did not like the text message I received after my service, asking me if I wanted to trade in my car for a newer car. I love my car. That's why I want to fix it and take care of it. That's all.

The Service Rep that scheduled my appt. Made every effort to accommodate my schedule. The scheduled work was done timely & I was contacted re. Recommended work was brought to my attention & addressed promptly. I appreciated the military discount. Everyone that worked with me to get my car in, work completed & back to me promptly was great!

Having dropped close to $8,000.
Having dropped close to $8,000.00 for a trans at Southern, I am extremely disappointed that someone from the dealership couldn’t arrange to pick me and my wife at the hotel close to the airport. We flew in from Columbus late Sunday night. That’s the only item that truly pisses me off. Suburban performed great traveling back home to Columbus; 10 hour drive..

I purchased my vehicle in 2022, I've always gotten my oil
I purchased my vehicle in 2022, I've always gotten my oil change there however my normal adviser wasn't there on 12/8/2025.i received a text with the amount of my oil change I signed the prompt got to put up my vehicle and was told by Kevin that my oli change price double then what I signed on the agreement. I wasn't a happy customer
