Dealer installed a new car wash.
Dealer installed a new car wash...which takes so much time to get a car they tell you 30 minutes. To detour you from getting a car wash. Which when I bought the car they told me free car washes! Now you can wait 30-45 minutes just to get a car wash.

Terrible dealership.
Terrible dealership. Wasted my time telling me a vehicle was in great condition for it to arrive and have damage that needed a min of $4,000 in bodywork. I’d have understood if it was a $1995 special but it was over $40k. Thankfully another dealership was honest on their car listing and I found my car!

When paying invoice the young lady told be my balance was
When paying invoice the young lady told be my balance was $519.87 after she ran my credit card I was charged $535.47. She never bother to tell me there was a charge to run my credit card. When I complained about her not telling me she pointed to the sign on the counter stating there would be a credit card fee however the sign was backwards and none of your customers could see it or read it. I've been a customer for 30 plus years and find this to be extremely aggravating and feel you owe me a gift certificate for $15.60 to use on my next appointment. Donna Donegan

John Paul’s was purchased by Kunes, a huge chain, and
John Paul’s was purchased by Kunes, a huge chain, and customer service went in the toilet. I brought my vehicle in multiple times for a problem covered by warranty, they didn’t fix it, then the last time I brought it in they finally fixed it, but the warranty was by then expired so I had to pay for the repair. Totally unethical, and I’d never go back to this evil chain. I had purchased two cars from John Paul’s and gotten great service from them in the past.

I was given an appointment time of 10:40 AM on Tuesday but received a text the following day stating it had been changed to 11:20 AM. I called back and left a voicemail to reschedule but never received a call back, so I went elsewhere. This is the third time this has happened, and no one ever answers the phone.
