Mission Viejo Infiniti

I have over the years, owned just about every luxury brand car on the market. However, I have purchase three cars from Infiniti of Mission Viejo and have had a fourth serviced here since before my first purchase from them. The reason I have purchased my cars from them is simple, the excellent care I have received from Jerry Pagliassotti in their service department. He is consistently mindful of the service needs for each car and is knowledgeable to the point that he is able to advise me of issues specific to the model(s) that are either current or potential. Additionally, I feel like I can call him directly with questions and receive an honest assessment and advice, even if I cannot get into the dealership right away. He is by far the best service advisor I have ever worked with. I can't imagine going elsewhere even though I have the option of another much closer dealership.

We own 3 Infiniti cars and Infiniti of Mission Viejo is our favorite dealership in the area. They service all 3 of them even the one with 220k miles on it. Erik has been our service advisor for the last 5 years. He is knowledgeable, provides top notch customer service and he is very organized. Erik to be honest is the main reason we go to this dealership. I am pretty sure there are number of great technicians behind the scenes who are part of his team that also need to get credit for as well. Jerry Pagliassoti has been my service advisor for the past 8 years. He is honest, knowledgable, and always provides top notch service. Sadly, I recently moved out of CA and have had less than par service at the new location. I still call Jerry for confirmation and validation for any suggested service. Jerry has set the bar high for any future service advisor.

Great Experience. My lease comes due in March of next year I just needed tires to last that long not too expensive. Jerry helped me out by finding the right tires that fit my budget.

Great experience as always. I have been a client of this dealership since my first Infiniti in 2007 - 14 years and counting. Their service is exceptional, cost is competitive, their service advisors are knowledgeable, and the facility is clean.

The service department at MV Infiniti is second to none. Although there are Infiniti dealers closer to my home, I only go to MV Infiniti for service.
