An exceptional customer experience at Mercedes-Ben

This Mercedes dealership provides exceptional customer service. We trust their expertise in car repairs . We have purchased 10 cars from this dealership over 30 years. Byron in service is great at his job he has a way of getting everything dealt with that is very satisfying to the customer . His attitude is always customer satisfaction , It would be fair to say in 50 years of owning a car he is the best I have dealt with Please say thank you to him peter Bain

Excellent customer service

Florian is an excellent salesman, very kind, and knowledgeable. I came to the dealer only to ask something about my car, and ended to buying a new car thanks to his sales skills. If you want to buy a car, I highly recomend you to come to this dealer and ask by Flo!

Service Like it Should Be!

I have been doing business for over 30 years with MB of Coral Gables. Originally it was called Bill Ussery Motors. Their service department and new car showroom are state of the art. It is easy to make an appointment that fits your schedule. If required, they offer loaners to their customers. My last experience was a few days ago. With an appointment, I was greeted on time and on my way in a loaner within 20 minutes. I was contacted, as promised the next day that my car was ready. Unfortunately most Doctors offices don't operate this efficiently!

Best Car Buying Experience in the US

I always dread when my lease is coming up, and I need to go shopping for a new car. The high-pressure sales, with the insistence from car salespeople, is never a nice experience. But when I walked into the Mercedes Benz Dealer in Coral Gables and met Bob I got none of this. Bob was extremely professional, mindful of my time, understanding of my situation and did not speak poorly of the other car options I was evaluating. It was a pleasure to deal with him. I had a similar experience when signing the leasing papers and on taking delivery of the car. Overall the experience could not have been better!

battery replacement

Great customer service skills and very helpful! Service advisor Donny was great, he managed to get me a loaner vehicle same day. He’s always has a great attitude.

Service axceptional

I went to Mercedes to update my 2010 s65 amg GPS. They ordered the CD and within 1 week they called me to go there. I didn’t have to book anything, just dropped by and they took care of my car. Because there were so many updates to do it took a long time. Nevertheless the people at Mercedes were always asking if I needed anything and were taking care of updating me on how the service was going. I felt just like I expected at Mercedes: great and really happy to be taken care. This is my 3rd Mercedes, my second S class and honestly there is no match whatsoever. Forget about other cars or brands. Can I give 10 stars?
