Me parece un lugar limpio!! El personal muy amable, especialmente el señor Joel.. quien me ayudo en todo momento.. El señor Erick en la parte financiera también.. aunq se que ustedes deben de tener muchos fees …discrepo de algunos!! Pero igual me enamoré de mi Carro y yo pago por lo q me gusta!!

Nissan dealership is awesome they take my car right away...

Nissan dealership is awesome they take my car right away when I’m scheduled for an oil change they work expeditiously to finish the job. They are always courteous.I will be back for my next oil change for sure.

Service was good as it is always but for some reason they...

Service was good as it is always but for some reason they had to stay with my car for 2 days extra than what was discussed. I asked why and they gave a response that basically boiled to 1 days work. We agreed on leaving it on Monday so it gets worked on Tuesday, car did not get touched until Thursday. Called the Service desk multiple times and an Associate told me she was sorry and that she would get with her Manager to see if i could get a “Loaner” and that she would get back to me on the outcome of the situation. Never received a called back and had to miss work for 3 days because they left me with the impression of the car would be done by Tuesday.

I call them the "Nissan Boys" in the service department,...

I call them the "Nissan Boys" in the service department, Russ & Tony! They are absolutely awesome. Whenever I call they always get me in for a service and they work around my schedule. I know that my care is receiving professional care and I do not worry when I get something done there. They have definitely earned my business, and I will not be going anywhere else!

No one contacted me telling my car needed to be kept...

No one contacted me telling my car needed to be kept overnight. I had to call and find out after service was already closed. The next day still no call to update. No one called to tell me my car was done. I had to call them once again to inquire

Had an appointment and still took over 3 hrsAfter 2 1/2...

Had an appointment and still took over 3 hrs After 2 1/2 hrs I had someone check in car they said it wad done but another 45 minutes before they brought the car out
