They had my truck for a transmission issue.

They had my truck for a transmission issue. They finally told me what it was going to take to fix it, it also has a recall that was no charge to me. After a week I called and that's when they realized that they forgot to order a part. When the parts finally got there and they replaced the sensors I was notified that it was completed with the exception of the recall issue, and that would require they keep the vehicle another day because the first 16 days wasn't enough time for them to do the work that didn't pay anything. They did however discount me 22 bucks off of my 2,000 dollar bill. Had my truck 16 days, bent my exhaust pipe, claimed they did a multi point inspection and everything was good, I know they didn't because a couple things were checked as good and they are not. Would not recommend reiselmen Ford to anyone. They are pirates
