Love my MDX

Can't say enough about the exceptional, friendly, and hassle free service you get at David McDavid Acura. Luis is always friendly and available to sit and discuss my service needs. This type of service will keep me driving an Acura for a very long time.

They made me feel like they guinely cared.

Loved that my car was well taken care of. Fast service. Didn't try to sell me anything I didnt need. Richard my service advisor was top notch....

Great Experience

I went in to test drive a car with no intention of buying it. It was the last day of the quarter, so obviously the sales team wanted to move as many cars as possible, but I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all during the test drive. They made a very compelling offer that I initially turned down, and then they sweetened it further and I couldn't say NO. Great experience; highly recommend them to anyone looking for a luxury brand without the hassle.

Great service

2/26/2014 I have been trying to cut cost economic times like now you need to save any way you can however that may not be best. I tried others but I always come back to David McDavid Acura. My recent visit required lots of repairs so my service manager Mr. West pointed out what I needed to do right away and what could wait. He worked within my budget. He gave me price points for my next repairs as well as what repairs was needed next. He was straight forward and got the job done in a timely manor. He returned all my calls and didn't make me feel as if I was bugging him in least. He was very understanding all this and I have yet to meet him face to face it was all done over the phone to meet my schedule. He said bring your car in a loaner will be waiting; it was he said your car will be ready by the end of the day; it was and best of all no surprise cost at the payment process he gave me a price and that is what it was. It is hard to find service like that anymore. Thanks Mr Darious West and the whole service department.

Attentive service, polite and courteous

Wait was minimal. The service manager who helped was very polite as were all the rest of the employees. The only downside was a broken car wash due to inclement weather and a lady in the waiting room who was coughing and sick and didn't seem to care. I definitely like David McDavid Acura and prefer to always have my car serviced at this dealership.

Exceptional Service

My only regret is that David McDavid Acura of Austin did not sell me the 2006 TL that I own; however, I decided to try the facility for service after the purchase from a non-Acura dealership, and I'm very glad that I did. Luis has been my service adviser for years now, and he greets me with a smile each time I visit and a willingness to take care of my service needs. Michelle the manager is great, she's been warm and caring from the inception. Based on my experiences with other associates at the facility (mechanics, cashiers, porters, etc.), this team is extremely customer-oriented. Out of the eight vehicles I've owned over the many years, new and used, this Acura has been the most economical in terms of maintenance and service, and the most fun to drive. I am grateful to David McDavid of Austin for assisting me with all of my service needs.

Excellent Car Buying Experience

My wife and I were looking for a good deal in San Antonio (One Simple Price) on a new RDX. Since we could not negotiate on the price, we decided to drive up to Austin and visit the 2 Acura dealerships. We found that McDavid Acura has the best customer service par none. Mr. Brandon Sokol our sales representative was attentive courteous and very professional as we negotiated the price on the vehicle. The service did not stop there; Brandon followed up after we took possession of the vehicle and asked if we had any questions with the vehicle that he could assist us.

The best service folks I have come across....

I bought an Acura from here 7 years ago. I found it strange when then sales guy wanted us to meet the service folks. It makes sense now. You deal with sales folks for the duration of the purchase, but service folks from there on. 7 years and I am yet to come across a service job badly done, a service appt forgotten, or a show of lesser than excellent customer service. Sounds cliche, but the service guys here are awesome!

Review of service provided by David McDavid Acura

Luis, our service advisor at David McDavid Acura, and the manager, Michelle, are always friendly and willing to help us in any way. They are coureous when we call and always take the time to listen to our car problems. I purchased my Acura from David McDavid and my husband bought his Acura elsewhere but David McDavid does all our maintenance and repairs on both vehicles. We will be looking at purchasing another vehicle next year and it will be an Acura from David McDavid because they stand behind their sales and give the best service.
