We were in need of a good reliable vehicle but our credit was not great. Gary worked very hard to get us approve when other dealers could not. He managed to get us a brand new Dodge Avenger. We could not believe it. Our Sales Consultant Nicholas Boudreaux was very professional and made us feel at ease with the transaction. They were both very nice and professional never made us feel uncomfortable or pressured into the sale. We will continue to come back and do business with Ladd Hanford. Thank you for helping us when other dealers could not.

We worked with Nick Boudreaux to purchase our new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Nick was always pleasurable to work with and very knowledgable. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, which is always nice. After a few test drives and a little negotiating, we finally agreed to purchase after searching various Jeep dealers for the best value. I would recommend Nick and Ladd-Hanford Jeep to my family and friends.

Overal great experience. Made the nearly 2 hour trip one-way worth it I feel. Was able to come home the same day from a trade-in to a new vehicle.

My experience at Ladd Hanford was GREAT!! I had opportunity to have Bill Wentzel assist me with my purchase. He was very professional through the whole experience. And I really appreciated his low pressure approach!! The Chevy Traverse I purchased was in very good condition and a great value. They gave me a fare price for my trade-in which help close the deal. Gary met ALL my needs from the beginning to the end in the purchase of my new Jeep wrangler. He took the time to walk through the ordering process and explained all of my options in a clear consistent manner. When my Jeep arrived, he was flexible, and made certain that I was completely satisfied with the Jeep as ordered. Gary's professionalism has been unmatched in the two Jeeps I have now purchased from the dealership. Similarly, his commitment to the purchaser was above and beyond, as I visited a few other dealerships within the area. Follow up and service with this company is excellent. I was in over a year ago and did not see something I wanted at that time. I was still looking and close to buying a different vehicle eleswhere, then in popped an email from Brian about Mazda rebates! He had not forgotten me. We went down and they worked with us on our trade in. They did not have the exact color Mazda I wanted so they found it and brought it in, and had it ready just in time for my trip to NC! I went from Jonestown PA to Jacksonville, NC on one tank of gas! I was thrilled, the car ran well and handles great. It's also comfortable for a long drive.

I gave this rating because the overall experience was a good one. Bought my previous Jeep from here and that experience was a good one also. No one bugging you constantly and no pressure to get the extras if you didn't want them. Everyone very professional. Love the new Jeep.
