Dealership finance group (Dimitry Sicard, who is not

Dealership finance group (Dimitry Sicard, who is not listed in the review page) were forcing on us fees and add-ons. They kept using the excuse that they needed to include a bundle to "certify" the vehicle so the rate could be lowered (tied financing which is not legal). A bundle that, by the way, requires conditions that they couldnt meet (two keys provided with the car). After many attempts to agree to a price, and signing the agreement, they still did attempt to issue a contract with a not agreed price. Fortunately for us, we had kept copy of what it was agreed and they redid the contract (not to their joy). They charged us a "pre delivery service" fee which, should be part of their selling price, so, BEWARE. Any optional fee for them is not, it has to be included in the contract.

Since I walked in,the service was very friendly.

Since I walked in,the service was very friendly. Pleasant and professional. I do not once feel like they are hungry for sales and being pushy. A very enjoyable experience for sure ! Highly recommend.

The waiting room. Rest rooms are tired. Dirty walls, torn upholstery. Accessibility poor. Steps to some rooms and toilets

Six days after buying the car the battery broke, they

Six days after buying the car the battery broke, they simply said they couldn't do anything because the battery has no warranty. I understand that the 2021 RAV4 was not a new car, however a battery doesn't even last a week and they don't even care about it. I was a customer of Al Hendrickson for 19 years. After this, I will never buy a car from this dealer again.
