Quick, efficient, professional.

Quick, efficient, professional. Pleasant environment. Could have used some artificial sweetener for the coffee. The requirement for twenty-five words is a bit silly and a waste of time.

Update: don’t shop here!

Update: don’t shop here! I’m disappointed that Autonation Carlsbad refused to offer any goodwill after my 2022 Mazda CX-5 needed a thermostat replacement at under 22,000 miles. This isn’t normal for a new car, and they didn’t seem interested in addressing my concerns about future reliability. I bought the car less than a week ago. Great experience. Everything went seamlessly and so far I’m very pleased with my car. Paul is great and made me feel at ease making such a big purchase.

I drove to AutoNation Carlsbad Mazda after having a

I drove to AutoNation Carlsbad Mazda after having a negative experience at another dealership. After one phone conversation with Alisa, I decided to give Autonation Carlsbad Mazda a try. While they didn't have the exact CX-90 I had been looking at, they did have 3 that were similar. As soon as I was greeted at the door, Alisa had the keys ready and we went for a test ride. Ms. Borrego was beyond helpful and was willing to take the time and show me the differences between the CX-90 I had been looking to buy and the CX-90 I eventually bought. I never felt pressured to close the deal and the sales price negotiations were seamless and not at all stressful. I got a beautiful car that we love and I will go back to Alisa and Mazda Carlsbad if and when we are in the market for another vehicle. The Best buying experience EVER!
