AutoNation Volkswagen Carlsbad

I recently deal with AutoNation in Carlsbad, both with Bmw and Volkswagen. I bought a BMW 740 from Carlsbad. They gave me a very fair price on my trade-in. The deal went smoothly. I had another car possibly to sell AutoNation Carlsbad VW was very respectful and a purchase offer. Representative Kara Smith. Presented a very fair offer much higher than Carmax and Carvana for the same vehicle. It was a SL 500 Mercedes with 65,000 miles on it. I?m totally impressed with the company as well as the people that work for AutoNation here in Carlsbad. Ray 92009.

My experience at Autonation VW in Carlsbad was so excellent that I will no longer take my car anywhere else for service. Will showed the utmost kindness and excellent customer service that I did not think possible at a car dealership. He was able to diagnose the issue with my Jetta and have it fixed same day. I was kept updated by text throughout the diagnosis/repair process and Will was honest about pricing. When my car was ready for pick-up, he sent a Lyft to get me to the dealership. This was an outstanding experience from start to finish!

I asked for the detail to polish out few scratches and scuffs, the car was taken back to the detail shop and brought back with little to no change. Either the detail shop did a poor job or nothing at all. While the salesperson was very nice and attentive, he mentioned that even new cars have scratches on them. .y concern was my car not the new cars.

My service appointment went great! I was immediately greeted by a service manager (Will) who answered all my questions and got my serviced and washed in a very timely manner. He was sure check all my areas of concern and provided very helpful answers. The waiting area is also a good place to get work done while waiting-clean and quiet with good wifi. The reception desk was exceptional and also very attentive to my car needs. Thank you to the entire staff!

They took less time than I expected, they were beyond of my expectations , thank you.

The smudges on the central armrest have not been removed, while other fixes have been completed successfully. I was promised when I first purchased the car in mid October they will be taking care of, but unfortunately that idid not happened.

We visited VW service last Saturday. It’s the first time we have been here since it was sold from Bob Baker. We wouldn’t have gone back had it still been Bob Baker. We were pleasantly surprised with the service we received. We were happy to see that you all now offer Saturday service. We have been another VW dealership up north. We may have found our new VW service center. So far everything has been good.
