Rich is Great

He always pleasant to deal with. He makes my experience at your Dealership like visiting a friend I haven’t seen for a while. Please take good care of him so he is there when I come back.

DEF refill/Oil change

We cam into the service department for a refill of DEF fluid and a oil change. Service was very good and friendly and got the car back in a very few hours.

Great as always

Always fast and friendly service which I appreciate since I'm usually on a tight schedule. I drive to this dealership to get work done even though I have a closer one beciase rhey provide better service at silver star.

Excellent service

I brought my car in yesterday for an oil change and the folks at the dealership were on it right away. They estimated about an hour and half, so I had my son follow me to the dealership and take me home, but they were actually done in about 30 minutes. When Richard to called me to say the car was ready, he went over recommendations and told me what the cost would be. I asked that they go ahead with the recommended service. When the car was ready, I asked for a shuttle to come pick me up. When Richard saw the shuttle driver come back to the dealership without picking me up, he drove his own car over to get me. Excellent customer service.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!

great experience

great service and price, waiting to purchase new C8 Corvette, when I can purchase one atmsrp, and will have Silver Star service the car when I get one.

First service-no cost

Due to an injury to the primary driver, our car had very low mileage (6000 miles)m after just over two years, but Silver Star still honored the first service free. THANKS. All is well and my wife loves the car.

Painless

The title of my review is absolutely correct. I got a brand new Chevy Colorado with no hassle whatsoever! When does that ever happen! Ryan my salesperson was great and the finance manager was polite. Everything about Silver Star Chevrolet is great. I'm 58 years old and in that time I have purchased my share of new vehicles and this, by far, was the most pleasant I have ever had!
