Justin Crook was super helpful and fast.
Justin Crook was super helpful and fast. Didn't keep us there all day. Very quick getting a deal on a used car outright with no trade-in. The car could have used a good shampoo vac and wipe-down on the interior (looked like they just vacuumed and gave a car wash). Justin was very personable compared to other salesmen I'd seen in the past (I've bought several cars). I felt his soft skills were very good (I'm a customer service manager so I notice these things). Overall it's been a good experience and the car seems fine - we added a few aftermarket upgrades but just basic cosmetic things - new stereo with backup camera, dash cam, gear shift cover and brighter headlights, which isn't bad for a 2008. It runs pretty well. The oil was good, we checked it. Full. We will probably do a little tune-up for good measure but I really can't complain. We drive it daily - my teen does as practice- it still handles curves well, etc.
