I was very pleased with how they tried to help me with concerns on expense availability ,repairing my auto,. And durability of parts being exchanged.. and offered ne a loaner to proceed with commute back and forth to work . They were extremely nice and I would refer them to anyone.

Buyer beware! They put a price on line and tell you are getting a deal because it’s been marked down over 3000 dollars which on line does not show so don’t throw that at me! The price on line is already over blue book price by over a grand which would make it 4000 over blue book! When you point out the damage you see they totally ignore your concerns and still pushing the full price! Told them I would not pay over blue book and they would even have to address the damage in the negotiation! She went back not once but twice with the same numbers trying to tell me that they already knocked off the 3000 dollars which was clearly over what was advertised! Told us car fax only said hail damage which the back end of the truck had been clearly hit! Never showed us CARFAX which I would not buy any vehicle without! With total frustration, I told my husband I was ready to leave! To the sales lady, let me give you some advice! You need to address the wife as much as the husband! I’m not invisible! You were over kill on the dog and pony show with my husband but not once asked me how I liked the truck or what I thought. Also never had a sales person ask us to turn around on a test drive after about 10 minutes of trying to see if we liked the truck or not! Don’t ignore when someone expresses their concerns on a vehicle! When a couple is in front of you across from your desk, don’t just address the male and push the paperwork towards him! I’m half of the decision! Felt totally disrespected! Learn how to make people feel comfortable with small talk other than over kill on a quick sale! Would not recommend this place! Not trust worthy at all!
