I just purchased my new BMW and am happy to share my experience working with Kyle and this dealership. From the beginning, Kyle was attentive, listened to my goals in selecting a car, and was very helpful in providing information that led to my decision. The purchase process, options, and timing were all clearly communicated in an organized way and the entire transaction was executed as described and planned. Overall I am completely satisfied with this purchase experience and with my beautiful new car.

I’m pleased with my service and the communication from my service coordinator but the cost of service has gone through the roof. BMW needs to research how to cater to the average population of BMW owners.

Great customer service and the technicians provide great feedback back on customer concerns. Unfortunately, the loaner car program has changed, however as ong as I keep receiving great communication and service, I will continue to visit this location.

I had an excellent car buying experience at BMW of West Chester. Ian Martin, my Client Advisor is the best... he is the "Ultimate BMW Client Advisor Machine"! Ian is extremely knowledgeable about the BMW models and took the time to explain the various features in detail. I ended up ordering a custom design that took a couple of months to arrive from Germany, and Ian kept me abreast of its progress throughout the build and delivery. Nick Capparelli the Business Manager also did a great job explaining the various buying options and keeping the various purchase forms simple to understand. I would highly recommend Ian and BMW of West Chester to anyone interested in buying a BMW.
