Scott Gately was highly responsive and no nonsense in his communication. He was forthright and transparent regarding the financial aspects of our exchange. That he is a genuinely nice guy who clearly loves his job will go a long way to exonerating the stereotype of the car salesman. There are 2 BMW dealerships closer to my home. The ease and trust he instilled was like no other experience I’ve had. (Bought my previous 3 BMWs elsewhere.) I would highly recommend Otto’s because of Scott.

Brian was great to work with. He was very patient as I took a long time to decide on which color and interior I wanted. I got a great price ( and I did shop around at other dealers) without all the back and forth nonsense that some dealers make you go through. Otto's gave me the best trade in too on my 5 year old BMW. After waiting a couple of days for a reply to our last email, we never heard back. We found and purchased an even nicer car closer to home from another dealer.

I purchased my third BMW from Sales person Jay Miller last week. As always it was a very pleasant experience. There was a small cosmetic problem that I discovered after I brought it home. I spoke with with Jay and manager Kevin Mahoney about this. Manager Wilmer Rodriguez immediately contacted me and scheduled an appointment the next day. They were very accommodating in making sure I was happy with my Certified Pre-Owned 2017 530i XDrive. A day half later I had it back. Aces on the repair and customer service.
