I was looking for a Rogue, and thanks to my consultant,

I was looking for a Rogue, and thanks to my consultant, he even recorded a personalized video comparing the Rogue's trunk to my kids' sports equipment before my visit. Even though the dealer had an unexpected delay with parts, which delayed the towbar installation by two days, they provided a replacement vehicle and covered the installation. I was completely satisfied with my purchase.

I contacted the dealership with a request: I needed a new Rogue. They offered to compare three Rogue trim levels and provide a personalized cost of ownership estimate. I settled on the premium trim and was pleased with both the car and the dealership!

They don’t honor online prices and they do not pay their

They don’t honor online prices and they do not pay their employees. Been waiting for my money for almost a year now. They do unethical practices and throw on top a bunch of dealer fees that don’t make sense. Scam of an organization. Just pay your employees!!!

They were horrible.

They were horrible. First they bothered you by calling multiple times. Which wouldn’t have been that bad, but there was two or three questions that were needed to be answered about a vehicle. I had to call back multiple times and they never would give me a direct answer. I am two hours away from them so I can’t just drive in to say hi. I told them if they rectified the situation and guaranteed me that the tires on the vehicle would be changed. I would come in and purchase it. They would not give me a guarantee. They said they could only speak to me about things like that in person, but they would do it, but wouldn’t guarantee it. So why was I gonna make a whole trip Out there with no guarantees. Then in the meantime, waiting for them to not get back in touch with me I found out that they misrepresented the vehicle and it had been stolen and stripped down of the tires, wheels, bedliner, and all that which they knew of, but did not disclose

I was very pleased with the service at this dealership.

I was very pleased with the service at this dealership. The manager, Mike, was very helpful—he honestly explained all the pros and cons of the car I was considering and even offered to take me for a full-day test drive. The only downside was that I had to wait about an hour for the paperwork. But in the end, everything was processed quickly, and they even gave me rubber floor mats. I definitely recommend it!

Very good experience at Old Orchard Nissan.

Very good experience at Old Orchard Nissan. They were able to fix some recall issues on my Truck. Very professional and courteous. Other dealers wanted me to spend all day there or find a ride. Highly recommend!

First visit to Old Orchard (was there before when it was Martin Nissan) and it was great to see some familar faces! Gary, Mary and Daniel are still there!! Was a great experience, no issues and done quickly. I like that.
