Excellent Customer Service
I have bought 4 vehicles from Mike Murphy Kia. I bought a soul in 2010. Then an Optima, then a Cadenza. Now I am on my second Cadenza. Each purchase has been so smooth. I also have always used Mike Murphy Kia for my service and let me tell you-the service is great. I highly recommend Mike Murphy Kia for anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. They are top notch people and the cars are great as well!!!

Worst Con Dealer in Brunswick, GA
From start to finish the company did nothing but withhold information, and push. From withholding the sales price before and after a test drive, to belittling comments, forceful wording, non-stop side-stepping around questions and pointing fingers. The car was returned due to B.S. with the financial department.. they ran my credit report over 14 times, only the first run was approved or asked about. They tried several different companies and in the end refused to return most all of the down-payment, threatening to call the cops if we didn't leave after we refused to sign a paper saying that we agreed to let them keep all of the down-payment due to our refusing to vacuum the car. I loved the car but I'd rather buy a junker that dies after a week than deal with these xxxxxxx again... At least I'd know what I was getting myself into then.

Great experience
Bought a new Forte 5 from Mike Murphy. Kenny the salesman was great. The finance people were great. Mike Murphy Jr. came and thanked me personally for my business. I had been looking for the turbo version of the Forte which they had. They were very competitive with other dealers for the same car. I would recommend this dealer absolutely

Best salesman ever
I went in to trade my 2013 sportage. I ended up leasing a 2016 Sport age and I absolutely love it. My salesman was Winston and he was great. He was so good and gave us h a good deal that my husband also bought a car the same day (a Cadenza). When we are ready for new cars again, we will definitely look for Winston again.

Trying to get a tag
I purchased a brand new KIA in April 30, 2015. I was told to go to the tag office in about 2 weeks to get my tag. They never filed the paperwork, and I can't get anyone to return my phone calls to explain the problem.

The Kia dealer in Brunswick was great. They were very nice and helpful to my husband and I. We went to buy a van and ended up buying a van and a car.

A STRESS FREE EXPERINCE !!
I WENT IN THE DEALER SHIP WITH VERY LITTEL HOPE , FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN AND WAS GREATED BY MELISSA KRAUSS I WAS MADE TO FEEL THAT I WAS GOING TO GET A CAR. NOT EVERYONE HAS PERFICT CREDIT, MELISSA MADE ME FEEL AT EASE . Worst Dealership ever!
Mike Murphy Kia is the WORST dealership ever. I have been dealing with this dealership for the past 6 months. They sold us a car with promises to refinance us in six months. They don't even do refinancing! Then they told us the sales person you worked with screwed you and many other people so we want to make it right. They did a trade in for us and then said opps we filed fraudulent claims under your name and the bank rejected your loan. They have ruined our credit. They never paid off the car we traded in and are now giving it back to us after the payments are now behind.(I have never been late on a payment) and making us bring back the Kia we traded in for back. On top of all this they are being rude and acting like all this is my fault. PLEASE NEVER BUY A CAR FROM MIKE MURPHY KIA.

No contact, no call back, STILL NO TITLE!
I'm sorry it has come to this but you leave me no choice. No one will take my phone calls anymore. Angie, Trey and Clyde, still waiting for that call back. I leased my car in 2012 and was extremely happy. Kept my car in mint condition and then when my lease was up, came back to Mike Murphy KIA to purchase the car. Waited. And waited. Eventually ended up leaving because "they were still printing off the documents" turned out to be them printing off another person's documents. That's fine, it was the weekend, only one finance person there. Did I mention I lived 6 hours away and the Kia dealership where I lived didn't want to honor my 0$ purchase option stated on my lease agreement which is what brought me back to Mike Murphy to start with? Got my car tags, new bill of sale and off I went. Curiously, never received anything from Kia about paying my first payment. Called up Kia, can't get a hold of Trey, Angie or Clyde. "They're with a client right now" or "They'll call you back in a few minutes". Then the kicker, KMF sent me a bill for the disposition fee. Disposition fees are the fine you pay when you just return your leased car. Called up KMF, Mike Murphy KIA never sent in my Bill of Sale. Okay, I'll do their job for them and send in my paperwork. It must be a theme because a week later, another statement saying I still needed to pay it. Tried calling Trey, Angie or Clyde but no one wanted to answer or call me back. Called up KMF AGAIN, they never received my fax yada yada emailed it in, boom. Confirmation that I did indeed purchase my car and they took the fee off my name. As time went along, had to get my tag transferred from having been leased to being purchased. Drove down to the DMV (and visited family, have to make the most of these 6 hour trips) and lo and behold...the title hasn't been released. Trey, Angie or Clyde, any help? Still nope. Called a lovely lady and she assured me that KIA would pay for the fees for the title not being released and having to get a 2nd temporary tag. Welp, my 2nd temporary tag is about to expire and the title is still not released. Trey, Angie, Clyde, Why me? The sooner you help me solve this problem, the sooner I'll stop calling and calling and calling. This all started March 17. It is now May 19. It should not take 2 months, multiple phone calls and rotten reviews to get stuff done. Will you pay for my rental when my last temporary tag expires in 3 days? Next step, the BBB. Again, hate to do it but you literally leave me no other option.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!!!
My recent purchase from Mike Murphy Kia has been my best car buying experience by far! Ever! Before going to Mike Murphy Kia, I stopped into one of the other local dealers who I felt was too pushy and pretty much insisted I was signing papers before I left. Also, the interest rate this dealer offered me was high but they made it sound like that was a good interest rate for my credit. They also would not budge off the asking price because "the car was already marked down to the lowest price." I left there feeling like I would just have to accept high interest rates and that I had no room to negotiate because of my credit. I decided to stop by Mike Murphy just to look but was expecting the same song and dance that I received from the other dealer. Melissa Krauss with sales met me outside and was easy to work with and I never felt pressured to buy a car. I looked at several cars and Melissa and the finance dept. worked hard to put me in my favorite car and still keep me in the price range I needed to be in. And they BEAT the interest rate the other dealer offered me by 3.2%! They never made me feel like my credit was not good enough. I felt like a valued customer. Mike Murphy Kia not only gave me a great interest rate but they also negotiated with me on the asking price of the car. For the first time ever I left a car dealership and felt like I truly got a good deal! Craig Berry handled the paper work for the purchase and he never tried to sell me anything "extra" with my loan that I did not need. I will definitely go to Mike Murphy Kia for future purchases and recommend them to everyone! Job well done Mike Murphy Kia!!!!! And did I mention that I love my Sorento!
