I recently purchased a vehicle from Autobay, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff and made to feel welcome. Staff were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect car within my budget. The entire process was smooth and efficient, with no pressure or hard selling.

What a waste of time of not only the on going back and forth with this dealer but the waste of 5 hard pulls on my Experian which was only suppose to be one. Thank god I can dispute them and have them removed. These people ask for way to much documentation as if I was buying a house. The only documents I was ever asked for any car i ever bought were the normal ones like, proof of address, income Etc….They were asking me for my business loan statements from my credit report. Who does that and for what? They were also accusing me because I didn’t mention I had an open auto loan and it wasn’t even an auto loan. It was a business loan. Goes to show how much they can read. The idiocy is astounding. They didn’t even want to believe in my business bank statements which show everything. They had to ask me for business certificate and license. Am I buying a house???? And they only supposedly base you off your income, which in this case not sure what happened with that, because my business bank statements prove all of that. What a waste of my time. You can’t believe everything you read or anything car salesmen tell you. Don’t waste your time.

Great Selection of cars and excellent customer service! staff is friendly and they even offer warranties on their vehicle with mainteance plan as well!

Beware of all the fees they're adding on top of the price. Even if I asked beforehand if there were any dealer fees, they didn't disclose any, until I asked them for a quote and they added $1600 on top of the price.
